You may be wondering what is a trapped nerve and what did I do to get this? I do not have to tell you if you are experiencing back pain then you are most likely in quite a bit of pain. Most people do not understand how bad the pain is unless they have experienced it themselves. After all one can not explain how painful it is to someone who has never had it before.

It would be kind of like trying to explain what the color “blue” looks like to someone who is blind. They just would not be able to understand no matter how many times you tried to explain it.

Well if you are wondering what a trapped nerve is then you have come to the right place. First of all the term “trapped nerve” is basically referring to the nerve that is being pinched or compressed. This in turn can cause the person to suffer from weakness, dizziness, headaches, numbness or any other symptoms that are uncomfortable.

Millions of people suffer from a trapped nerve and have absolutely no idea what it is or how they become a victim of this condition. We all know that our bodies have limitations to them and some of us fail to cooperate when our bodies begin to tell us that you are getting the signs of back pains, neck and shoulder pains or any other bodily pains that may come about gradually.

A trapped nerve can occur on several parts of our bodies such as:

A disc in the back or neck: The sciatica is a common example of a trapped never that occurs on our bodies; and is highly due to some type of disc disease.

Shoulder Pains: When you begin suffering back pains then most likely you are going to notice it through your shoulder pains. Since your shoulder is attached to your spin it is going to affect other parts of your body.

One of the best things that you can do to avoid a trapped nerve is to give your body the right types of exercise and rest that it requires. In todays society we are always on the “go” and we fail to provide the proper care that our bodies require. Click Here
