Pregnancy comparison. 26 weeks and 40 weeks.

Many women tend to experience pregnancy back pain prior to giving birth. While this is not uncommon; it does not mean that we have to live with it. Many women tend to experience lower back pain as they get further along in their pregnancy.

Most women who suffer from pregnancy back pain when they are in their third trimester. As a matter of fact research shows that over 65% of women who are pregnant will suffer from some type of pregnancy back pain and they will find themselves searching for some type of relief.

Chronic back pain is not new to people in our society. As a matter of fact millions of people tend to suffer from some type of back pain and yes it even affects women. However as we tend to have another life growing inside of us and our bodies begin going through all the changes then it is not uncommon to experience more back pains.

So you may be wondering what is causing my pregnancy back pain? Well here are some reasons that you could be suffering from this pain:

1. Weight Gain

2. Pre Existing Condition

3. Breast Size Increase

4. First Pregnancy

5. Feet Pain

When a woman goes through pregnancy their bodies tend to go through so many changes and sometimes it is not uncommon to experience back pains. While you can not take the same medication that someone can who is not pregnant. You should talk to your doctor to see if their are some safe medications that you can take that will relieve the pain.

One of the things that a friend and I like to do is go to a massage therapist who is specialized in dealing with pregnant women. Always be sure to ask the person that you are setting up the appointment with. Take precautions in just visiting any type of massage therapist; if they are not familiar in dealing with pregnancy back pain then you should leave immediately.

One important thing that you should remember is that most likely after you give birth; the pain will disappear. Many women will tell you that regardless of how you feel right now; the day that you give birth to that beautiful boy or girl you will say that it was worth it. Click Here
