Okay so maybe you have never experienced a pinched nerve in neck. Well I am here to tell you if you have experienced on then you know that a pinched nerve in neck  issues you can hurt like crap. I had to apply ice and heat on a consistent basis for about 3 days. There is not really much else that you can do when you are suffering from a pinched nerve in the neck. You just have to be willing to give your body the rest that it needs and to apply the ice and heat. Eventually the pain will subside and then you can work on stretching those muscles to loosen them up.
