1. Mattress: Many people do not realize that their mattress plays a huge role on how you will feel when you wake up in the morning. Most likely if your mattress is worn and needs to be replaced then that may be one of the reasons you are having morning back pain.
Many people try to keep their current mattress as long as possible so that they do not have to spend the money on a brand new mattress. Regardless of what they told you when you purchased the mattress; you should replace it when you begin noticing that it is becoming worn. One of the best things that you can do to try to get the best use out of your mattress is that you should flip it over to the opposite side every six months. This will help the mattress become worn at a decent amount of time and will prevent it from becoming worn too quickly.
2. Sleeping Position: Many people fail to realize that their sleeping position can be one of the main reasons that they are experiencing morning back pain. If you find that you are suffering from back pain because of the position that you are sleeping then it is time to find out what types of positions can prevent the pain from coming every morning.
I have learned that one of the worst positions for people to sleep in is to lie on their stomachs. Many people have said that sleeping on their stomachs will always lead to morning back pain.
