So what brings on pinched nerves? Well it can be related to several instances such as:

  • Hard physical labor
  • Mattress that you sleep on
  • Stress
  • Shoes that you may be wearing
  • Posture

Basically there is no one reason that you may be experiencing pinched nerves. As a matter of fact I had one a couple weeks ago and woke up out of a deep sleep because it felt as though I had pulled something in my neck. In fact I was unable to turn my neck to the right for several days. I had to miss work and sit on the couch letting it work itself out.

Your body is trying to tell you that it needs some attention.
